European Delivery
There is a fixed charge of £7.95 for all European parcels.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days. We offer delivery via Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Orders to Ireland, France or Germany will be sent by our Tracked Duty Paid option.
Please be aware that customs charges may be applicable for other countries within the EU based on your country's customs policies.
Rest of the World
Rest of the World delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £10.00.
Delivery takes 7-10 working days by our Royal Mail tracked delivery service.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with the fit, quality & value of items bought. All of the items are checked to make sure they are in perfect condition & must be returned to us in the same condition.
Unwanted items may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in a resellable condition with all original tags still attached.
Please note: If your return is out of the returns period (14 days) we will send you an e-voucher for the amount of your item(s) that you are able to use on your next purchase.
As soon as we have received your returned items we will process a refund to your account within 1 week. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used to make the payment. Please note return postage and outbound postage is not refunded.
On the rare occasion that you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our team straight away so that we can help you with the return of the item.
